Set-Up for Open House:
> Audio/Mic/ Projector
> Chairs: 100 chairs (50 on each side with a row down)
> 12 tables for our Community Partners

Teachers can remain in their classrooms, yet are welcome to join us in the auditorium at 5pm.
5:00pm - 5:30pm = Admin will welcome families in the auditorium // Master Spears Academy Presentation // Admin reviews Open House logistics & highlight the location of our community partners.
5:30 - 6:30pm = Families will visit classrooms
6:20pm = Admin will complete an "all-call" reminding families we have 10 mins. left
6:30pm = Final "all-call" to parents

Dear Teachers,
We're thrilled to announce that our Open House event is just around the corner! Mark your calendars for Thursday, March 27th, from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm for an evening filled with excitement and engagement.
This is an incredible opportunity for us to connect with families, showcase the amazing work our students have been doing, and involve them in interactive activities (i.e. a scavenger hunt). Please also provide valuable tips on how parents can support their child at home with reading and math, making this event both fun and educational.
In addition to our school activities, we'll also have several community organizations hosting tables onsite. This will give families the chance to connect with local resources and services, further enriching our school-community partnership.
Your support in preparing for Open House is invaluable, and we appreciate all your efforts to make this event a success. If you have any questions or need assistance with your preparations, please don't hesitate to reach out.
