San Altos School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA)
The purpose of this plan is to provide all educational partners of San Altos Elementary with a
comprehensive guide for the school year that will drive our decisions and meet our goals.
This plan aims to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that considers both
academic achievement and the social-emotional well-being of our students, specifically Special Ed
and students of color. Regular assessments, strategic data dives, and adjustments will be essential
to track progress and refine strategies accordingly. It also highlights how all educational partners
give valued input, how school performance measures and other evidence sources guide our
decision-making, and what steps we will take toward achieving our mission and vision.
